This chapter gives a brief description of the different preferential trade agreements available to Rwandan Exporters. Numerous useful web links on GSP, EBA, AGOA, and ACP-EU are also included in this chapter.
In addition, we elaborate on regulations, documentations (certificates of origin, bill of lading, commercial invoices etc...) and quality control requirements for most exports in Rwanda.
